Here are the steps for the agreement document signing process in the OHC Guide.
Step 1 - An email will be sent to you through Panda Docs from the OHC Guide team.
Step 2 Two sections will be separated as you open the agreement document.
Digital signature: digital signature, or you can upload a company stamp or signature.
Date : Select the date of the agreement signature.
Note: Signature, stamp, and date of agreement are mandatory for both parties.
Step 3 - Our team will verify the document and approve the agent portal.
Note: Documents can only be downloaded after both parties sign.
Step 4 - An automated email will be sent to create the password in your email, and after changing the password, your portal will be ready to purchase an insurance policy.
