If you want to purchase a policy from the OHC Guide portal, then here are the steps to do it easily. Additionally, our team is active in guiding you throughout the process.
Step 1 - Login to the OHC guide portal and sign in with your email address and password.
Step 2 - After you reach the agent portal, Click on Orders, located on the top.
Step 3 - Then click on the Buy New Policy as shown in the red mark area.
Step 4 - You can either enter in the student’s policy starting and ending dates or months that the policy will be used. Then, select the policy type.
Step 5 - Click on the Search OSHC button at the bottom of the page.
Step 6 - Compare the prices of different Policy Providers as shown on the screen.
Step 7 - Then, click on the View Full Comparison button to evaluate the services provided that you need .
Step 8 - Click on the Buy Now button to purchase the policy after comparison.
Step 9 - Fill in the student’s information. (Name, Gender, and DOB)
Step 10 - Click on the Next Step.
Step 11 - Fill the information and click on the Next Step button.
Step 12 - Enter visa details (Visa type, Visa Status, passport number, country of password, and institution)
Note - Choose the institution- if you don’t find an institution that you are searching type “OTHERS - NSW“ (OTHERS - city abbreviation for New South Wales)
Step 13 - Click on Next Step.
Step 14 - Check the information for accuracy. If you find any mistakes, then click on the edit button that will lead you to the specified data that you want to re-correct.
Step 15 - Check the boxes under the Terms & Conditions.
Step 16 - Click on the Get Quote button.
Step 17 - Once you receive the Quotation email, click on Click Here to get the bank details information for deposit in OHC Guide Pty Ltd account.
Step 18 - You will also receive an invoice file, containing the bank details (payment method), that will be automatically downloaded.
Step 19 - Finally, print the invoice and take the necessary documents to the bank to deposit.
Note : If you are purchasing policy of Allianz care you will receive "Link" then bank deposit in Allianz care.
If you are purchasing policy of Bupa, NIB or Bupa Advantage, you will receive invoice link and the bank will deposit your amount on basis of that.
