If the visa got rejected, here are steps to refund the insurance amount.
Note : Refund can only be claimed after the complete process only.
Step 1 - Go to the Agent portal, located in the action section on the right side of the client’s insurance policy.
Step 2 - Click on the three dots.
Step 3 - Then, Click on the Refund option.
Step 4 - Fill the details and upload the Visa refusal document and Student Passport.
Note : Visa refusal and Student documents are mandatory to upload.
Step 5 - Finally, Click on the Confirm button and the amount will be refunded within 15 days.
Note : The total insurance amount will be transferred directly to the student's bank account.
Note: Our team will request you regarding the bank details of student to transfer policy's amount.
